AA (anodized aluminum) colors
Anodized aluminum is a lightweight material with bright colors "plated"
onto the metal. This is a surface layer and can be scratched. AA
should never be put in a jeweler's ultrasonic cleaner; it shouldn't need
to be. Soapy water should be enough to take care of any trouble it gets
into.
Not shown is the silver bright aluminum, a shiny, chrome-like metal. It
should be given the same treatment and is available wherever "AA"
choices are given.
EC (Enameled Copper) Colors
These are made with copper coated with a layer of enamel, some of
them silver plated underneath the coating to make the colors more
vibrant. They ARE vibrant. The are NOT, however, strong, because some
of the thickness of the wire is enamel and not metal. Therefore I use
them mostly in things that won't be tugged on, and as accents. I get my
EC from Blue Buddha so I'm going to give you links for the colors rather
than representing them here. Where you see EC as an option, any of
these listed are available.
Enameled Copper Colors: amber, red, burgundy, eggplant, dark blue,
green, dark green, dark teal, gunmetal, black
Silvered EC Colors: orange, peach, yellow, lime, seafoam, bright green,
ice blue, bright blue, purple, lavender, lilac, pink, fuschia, violet, non
tarnish gold, non tarnish silver
AN (anodized niobium) colors: brown, yellow, silver-blue, navy blue,
violet, rose, purple blue, green, purple, rainbow (rainbow pictured at right)
No pictures do this material justice. It positively glows. Not all of the
colors are represented in the picture below; I'll see if I can get a better
one when I have all the colors in stock. The rainbow hued rings (or
hooks) are 2-3 colors on each piece and, again, must be seen to be
appreciated.
All earrings are available with hypoallergenic niobium hooks in any of the
colors above. I'm not terribly nickel sensitive but I find these are far more
comfortable than any other hooks. An extra $3 charge applies.

Metals (M): we can make most things in copper, brass (my brass is
much shinier than the picture!), bronze, stainless steel, titanium, sterling
silver and gold filled. Please email me for prices on sterling and gold
filled; they'll change with the market costs (gosh I feel like I'm serving
lobster!) Pictures again courtesy of C&T Designs - if you want to do
chainmaille I highly recommend their rings!
Please note that, except for titanium, stainless and gold filled, all of the
above metals will oxidize and tarnish over time. If you like the antiqued
look, great. If not, I recommend you store the item in a plastic ziploc with
all the air squeezed out. I'm working on getting "nontarnish" strips to
send with these items. I also offer a Care Package for an extra $5 fee.
For that, I'll provide a lifetime of care. You ship me the item (your cost), I'll
take it apart if needed and put it in the tumbler to shine it up, and ship it
back to you (your cost).

EPDM Rubber: This is a nonlatex stretchy rubber. Red, orange,
yellow, green, blue, purple, black, white.
Glow-in-the-dark Rubber Rings have recently become available but
they are VERY expensive. Switching glow-in-the-dark for regular rings
on an item will likely add $8 or more depending on the item. They also
don't come in the small size I usually use so the item will be bigger...
still ... they're really cool, no? I'll be experimenting with these in the
near future.

BB (Bagel Beads) - red, orange, green, blue,
purple (not the brightest purple) and a clear

I'm working on adding more colors of these.

If there's another color you have
your heart set on, ask and I'll look
for it.
P (Swarovski Crystal Pearls) - these are supposed to be among the
best synthetic pearls available. I'm not really a fan of freshwater pearls
but if you love them I can get them.
Swarovski Crystals - Way too many to picture so I'll direct you to Fire
Mountain Gems' site where I get them. Not all of the shapes may be
available in all colors; if not I'll let you know.
